Our rooms (refurbished in 2004) retain the charm of the 16th Century building and are perfect for weekend getaways. Enjoy delightful b&b accommodation, in the peace of a beautiful Oxfordshire village, on the edge of the Cotswolds. Guests often say that a visit to us is like stepping back in time; with our low ceilings, traditional leaded windows with stunning views.

We have 5 double rooms available, including two with 4 poster beds. All rooms have en suite facilities and a colour television. A hospitality tray (kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits) is provided, so you can make yourself drinks during the day. You will have access to your room throughout the day but we do ask guests to check in during pub opening times.

To make your stay as relaxing as possible, we serve a full cooked breakfast and/or cereal and toast, at the civilised time of between 8am - 9.30am Monday to Friday and 9am - 10.30am Saturday & Sunday. We can make special arrangements for a Continental breakfast, if you want to make an early departure. 

Due to the age of our building, some guests may find our steep stairs slightly awkward and we regret that we are unable to provide facilities for visitors with disabilities. We are also unable to accommodate pets.

We request that guests check out and vacate their rooms by 12.00 pm, we regret that late check outs are not available.  Should you not leave your room by 12.00 pm you may incur a charge.
